Does anyone know where I might be able to find a st bernard puppy around here? I want one that is under 1yrs of age so I can train it etc.

I also don't want to spend a ton of money on one either.

I had one, they are great dogs, but you will spend a ton of money just feeding it. Mine seemed to eat constantly especially as a growing puppy.

If no one answers this post, will you start another one elsewhere?

So you've moved back-are you living in an apt. or a house w/a yard w/lots of room for a pup to run around in?
Please do yourself and especially the pup a HUGE favor-do some research!

Okey Dokey.

I just have had it with folks looking for kittens and pups lately.

Lucky Ones just rescued two St Bernards.
There are kittens out the ying yang at the shelter.

They may not be pups, nor abys kittens or worth 22000.oo bucks, but they are good animals who have had bad owners.

Do them and yourself a favor. Befor you get your St. Bernard pup (that you don't want to pay a fortune for ) make a trip through the shelter.

She already posted it in the DOGS forum.

I know this but......

Every time you try to post something under dogs or cats it is bumped from the list by the horsey threads cause they are always :blahblah: :blahblah:

Be it, new horse, or trail ride or treatment for a saddle sore azz

River rat you are correct the horsey people do hijack the thread so nothing else gets seen.

I only get rescue animals :) :howdy:

I almost got a dog there not to long ago, he was fun, full of energy, but then just as I was about to ask for the paperwork, he got agressive with other dogs around him, we already have 3, and 2 are older 11+, don't need dog fights.
