St. Mary's County Procurement / eMaryland Marketplace Training Session
The St. Mary's County Department of Economic and Community Development, St. Mary's County Procurement Department and the Maryland Department of General Services are teaming together to provide a free training session for businesses who procure and purchase goods and services through county government. In the near future, all St. Mary’s County government procurements, proposals and bids will be required to be placed through eMaryland Marketplace.
This training will be held on Thursday, August 11 from 10 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Southern Maryland Higher Education Center located at 44219 Airport Road, California, Maryland.
Randy Burns, St. Mary's County Procurement Manager and Howard McLain, Manager, eMaryland Marketplace, Maryland Department of General Services will train on the inner workings of the eMaryland Marketplace procurement process which is used by both the State and County.
