That's what I was thinking. My school was always in the evening and now it's in the morning. Parents do have to work.

Man. That sucks. Both of mine, for now, are in the same school. I have to come to work for 2 1/2 hrs, then leave from Calif. and drive to Loveville then come back to work. I guess I'll be eating a early lunch that day, lol.

Back in the saddle
9:30 - 11:00 just doesn't seem to be enought time for 6,000,000,000,000,000 kids and their parents to fit in one small EM school. I will be there early since parking SUCKS.

BTW Nacho.... Thanks :flowers:

No, it's not. If my oldest daughter is looping, she'll have the same teacher then I won't have to hang around in that class too long. I'll just have to check out my youngest's kindergarten teacher. Anyone done with their school shopping?

Thanks for posting this. I have a 6th grader entering Esperanza and I had no freaking idea about the open house. We tried to go to some information night at the end of the school year but it was some boring ass point point about the school. Don't make me waste 45 minutes watching you click a button and read exactly what is up on a screen. Just hand me a packet and let me read it myself on my own time.

Why everyone thinks you need some multimedia crap to look like you are earning your salary is beyond me.

LOL, Who's going to keep my boss from giving me the evil eye? I have been or will be late/leaving early alot this month (family medical issues). I'm surprised they still give me a paycheck. I'm waiting for them to tell me I have to start paying them, lol.

I was at the EMS parent night back in April as well. 6th grade is gonna be an interesting year. I've got kids in middle and ES so my open houses are on Monday and Tuesday.
