The Navy does...
and they refill them all at once. It is so much fun to watch your sister deteriorate right in front of you and move from vicodin to Percocet to heroin. It is fun times I also have a brother in prison for drug trafficking... he got king pin charges.
Funny thing is... I didn't even know drugs were a problem in this area until I realized my siblings are the kind of people you warn your kids about.

There are people with chronic pain and who either take meds or get surgery with no guarantee that the surgery will work. Pain meds have a neccessary place in medical treatment. It's not uncommon to see that many pills prescribed because they usually take 3-4 per day times a 30 day supply.
People will abuse and use any substance to get them high. How about some compressed air or spray paint from the hardware store?

I agree and this is why the pharmaceutical companies maintain tight control over pain meds. People will spend their life savings to end serious pain.
This is also why marijuana is so fought against, to protect the profits of drug companies.
I do not use MJ nor do I like even being around "potheads". The thought of sucking smoke(or any foreign substance) into my tender lungs defies logic.
But I am convinced MJ is probably the easiest to obtain AND SAFEST pain med available to ill patients. Eating it would be the preferred method(and safer) AND since it cannot be patented, no big profits for the drug companies who would rather let people suffer.
Another reason drug companies don't want this stuff legal!
There is stronger and stronger evidence cancer can be cured with this stuff.

I don't really disagree. All problems stem from some sort of spiritual issue. But like wise we live in a fallen world. The mind is fallen just like the body.
