Every single president is related to the others, AND except for van Buren, are all direct descendants of England's King John, John Lackland.

There are lots of people who believe they are descendants of Charlemagne. But that's a myth and really just a recognition of the fact that he had a few wives and knocked up lots of women.

However, there is very close to a 100% chance anyone of Anglo-Saxon ancestry is related to King Edward. He has around 100 millions descendants running around the planet now. This is a result of something called "pedigree collapse". Read more here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pedigree_collapse
