Investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle, identified as Jorelle Freeman, 32 of Lexington Park, MD was driving while under the influence of alcohol and was arrested. A search of Freeman revealed suspected Oxycodone. A search of the vehicle revealed suspected Marijuana and a loaded handgun. A probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted which revealed suspected Crack Cocaine and suspected Marijuana. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Margaret Ann Remsburg, 53 of Mechanicsville, MD. Remsburg was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where she was charged with Possession of CDS: Not Marijuana and Possession of CDS: Paraphernalia. Remsburg was also issued a civil citation for Possession of CDS: Marijuana Less Than 10 Grams.
