On 10/23/2025, Tpr Olayanju conducted a traffic stop on Point Lookout Road at Golden Beach Road, Charlotte Hall, MD. The driver of the vehicle, identified as Haseeb Khalil, 34 of Leesburg, VA initially provided a false name. Investigation revealed that Khalil had active arrest warrants through the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office and the Prince George’s County Sheriff’s Office for charges including Assault, Malicious Destruction of Property and Arson. He also had a criminal summons through the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack for Trespassing and Fraud – Persons Identity to Avoid Prosecution. Khalil was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was charged with Obstructing & Hindering, False Statement to Officer, Fraud – Persons Identity to Avoid Prosecution, False Statement to Peace Officer, and Resist/Interfere with Arrest.

On 10/23/2025, TFC Engleman responded to the Pyramid Treatment Center, located at 30007 Business Center Dr, Charlotte Hall, MD for the report of a subject who had created a disturbance after pulling the fire alarm under false pretences. On 10/2/2025, Tpr Kelsey was driving in the area of the Elmer Brown Freedom Park, located at 21725 Tulagi Place, Lexington Park, MD when he observed an unconscious male in the street. The victim had sustained an injury to the back of the head. Investigation revealed that De’aune Nathan Clybourne, 31 of Callaway, MD struck the victim, causing him to fall. Deputies from the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office located Clybourne in the area. Clybourne was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was charged with First Degree Assault and Second Degree Assault.

On 9/3/2025, TFC Engleman responded to the WaWa, located at 23141 Three Notch Road, California, MD for the report of a suspicious vehicle with occupants sleeping in the vehicle. Investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle, identified as Robert Wesley King, 37 of Mechanicsville, MD was under the influence and also had an active arrest warrant through the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack. Additionally, the passenger of the vehicle, identified as Dana Lynn Parrish, 49 of La Plata, MD had suspected Fentanyl in plain view. Both King and Parrish were arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. King was charged with numerous traffic violations including driving under the influence and driving while suspended. He was also served with his warrant. Parrish was charged with Possession of CDS: Not Cannabis and Possession of CDS: Paraphernalia x3.

On 9/5/2025, Tpr Phelps responded to a residence on Suwanne Place, Lexington Park, MD for the report of someone violating a peace order. Investigation revealed Chad Allen Caldwell, 63 of Lexington Park, MD was at the residence of the complainant. On 8/25/2025, Tpr Oliva Flores responded to the Walmart, located at 45485 Miramar Way, California, MD for the report of a theft. Investigation revealed that Craig Andrew Kennedy, 61 of Lexington Park, MD had previously been issued a notice not to trespass and stole merchandise with a value of less than $100.00. While being placed under arrest, Kennedy attempted to grab a large knife from his waist line, which was in a sheath. Deputies from the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office assisted in maintaining control of Kennedy. Kennedy was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was charged with Theft: Less Than $100, Trespass: Private Property, False Statement to Officer, Failure to Obey a Reasonable/Lawful Order, Resist/Interfere with Arrest, and Dangerous Weapon – Conceal.

On 8/2/2025, Troopers responded to the Maryland International Raceway, located at 27861 Budds Creek Rd, Mechanicsville, MD for the report of a vehicle that struck a parked RV. Upon making contact with the driver of the striking vehicle, identified as Jamere Andre Alexander, 37 of Fairfax, VA, a handgun was observed in plain view on the driver’s side floorboard. The handgun was found to be loaded. Investigation revealed Alexander to be a prohibited person from owning/possessing firearms. Alexander was also displaying signs of impairment and performed standard field sobriety tests unsatisfactorily. He was arrested by TFC Piscopo-Bann and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was charged with Handgun in Vehicle, Loaded Handgun in Vehicle, Handgun on Person, Loaded Handgun on Person, Firearm Possession-Crime Vio/Felony Conviction, and Illegal Possession of Ammunition. He was also issued numerous citations relating to driving under the influence.
