Firearm Violation: On Thursday, April 11, 2024 Tpr. Miller conducted a traffic stop on a Honda Civic with expired registration in addition to motor vehicle alterations that deemed the vehicle unsafe to drive. The driver was identified as Jefferson Peralta, a 27 year-old-male of Williamsburg, VA. Peralta opened his glove box in search of his registration and a 9mm handgun was observed. After contacting the Maryland State Police Gun Center it was determined Peralta did not possess a Maryland concealed weapons permit. It was also learned that Peralta’s registration came back for another car. Peralta was placed under arrest and charged accordingly.

Criminal Trespass: On April 15, 2024 Tpr. Hernandez responded to the Fox Run Shopping Center in Prince Frederick for a report of a female trespassing at the Joann Fabric store asking strangers for money for alcohol. Tpr Hernandez located the female and identified her as Arneisha Barnes, a 28-year-old female, of Bowie sitting outside of the Applebees. Barnes was previously served a No Trespass order for the Fox Run Shopping Center. Barnes was observed with a 32 ounce beer in her hand. Barnes was placed under arrest and transported to Calvert County Detention Center and charged for Trespassing.

Possession of Controlled Substance: On Friday, April 19, 2024 Tpr. Miller conducted a traffic stop on a Toyota Camry for traffic violations. The driver of the car was later identified as Deborah Wilson, a 53 year-old-female of Brandywine. The traffic stop resulted in Wilson performing a Standardized Field Sobriety Test, which Wilson failed to complete satisfactorily. Cocaine was later located on her person. Wilson was ultimately charged with DUI and CDS Related offenses.

Threats of Mass Violence: On Friday, April 19, 2024 Tpr. Dill and TFC. Kreczmer responded to the Magic Tunnel Car Wash located in Prince Frederick, MD for a report of an assault in progress. Upon arrival the subjects were later identified as Brandon Robinson, a 18-year-old-male of Prince Frederick, and Dorian Dickerson, a 21 year-old- male of Prince Frederick fled the scene. While speaking with witnesses it was advised that Dickerson stated he would shoot up the car wash. Dickerson and Robinson were later located by the Maryland State Police Apprehension Team (MSAT). Robinson was served with a criminal summons and Dickerson was arrested and transported to Calvert County Detention Center and was charged accordingly.

Possession of Controlled Substance: On April 22, 2024 TFC. Bauer conducted a traffic stop on a Toyota Rav4 for traffic violations. The driver of the car was identified as Melissa Quillen, a 37-year-old-female of Leonardtown. As a result of a K9 scan, a search was conducted on the vehicle and cocaine was located and seized. Quillen was charged with CDS related offenses due to cocaine being found in the vehicle.

False ID / False Statement to an Officer: On April 24, 2024 Tpr. Hernandez conducted a traffic stop on a Chevrolet Box Truck for traffic violations. Contact was made with the driver who was later identified as Tabot-Ntoung Marcel Tabe, a 32 year-old-male of Lanham. Tabe provided Tpr. Hernandez with a driver's license of another individual. Tabe disclosed he did not have a driver’s license of his own and used the one provided. Tabe was placed under arrest and charged accordingly.

Violation of Protective Order: On April 26, 2024 TFC. Bauer made contact with a victim of a protective order against John McInerney, a 20 year-old-male of Huntingtown.The victim advised they had been contacted via XBox and FaceBook messages. Contact was made with McInerney on April 29, 2024 at his residence. McInerney confirmed he did contact the victim via XBox and Facebook. McInerney was placed under arrest for violation of a protective order.

Burglary: On May 1, 2024 Tpr. Bennett responded to a burglary at the Shell gas station located at 400 N Solomons Island Rd. in Prince Frederick. Damage was observed to the rear garage door. The director of operations of the store arrived on the scene and was able to pull the security footage. Upon reviewing the footage, Troopers of the Prince Frederick Barrack were able to later identify the suspect as Ronald Strain, a 58-year-old-male of Prince Frederick. It was later determined that the total value of items stolen was approximately $90 with damages totaling approximately $100. Strain was later located and placed under arrest and charged accordingly.
