On 1/8/2022, Tpr K. Poland responded to Walmart located at 45485 Miramar Way, California, MD for the report of a theft. Investigation revealed that Richard Ashley Teague, 57 of Chandler, NC stole items from Walmart totalling over $100.00. Teague was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was charged with Theft: Over $100.00, Less than $1,500.00 - Shoplifting.
On 1/10/2022, TFC R. Kaszubski was stationary in the area of the Donut Connection located at 21801 N. Shangri-La Drive, Lexington Park, MD. TFC Kaszubski observed a driver, later identified as Christina Marie Fetty, 43 of Leonardtown, MD throw trash out of her window while stopped in the parking lot. TFC Kaszubski made contact with Fetty and observed suspected crack Cocaine in plain view. Fetty was arrested by TFC Posch and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where she was charged with Possession of CDS: Not Marijuana and Possession of CDS: Paraphernalia.
On 1/11/2022, TFC E. Ruggles conducted a stop on an individual he believed to be wanted, walking on Great Mills Road at Quatman Road, Lexington Park, MD. Investigation revealed that Destiny Nicole Green, 27 of Drayden, MD did have one open warrant through the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office. A search incident to arrest revealed a smoking device containing suspected Cocaine. Green was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where she was charged with Possession of CDS: Not Marijuana and Possession of CDS: Paraphernalia.
On 1/12/2022, TFC E. Ruggles responded to a welfare check at 21800 Shangri La Drive, Lexington Park, MD. Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle, identified as Patrick Henry Nutter, 35 of Leonardtown, MD who had been slumped over the wheel. A probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted which revealed suspected K2/Spice, Heroin and Amphetamine salts. Nutter was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was charged with Possession of CDS: Not Marijuana and Possession of CDS: Paraphernalia.

Alexis Tamia Holland, 20 of Lusby, MD was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where she was charged with Theft: Less than $100.00 and Theft: $1,500 to Under $25,000. The other suspect was a 17 year old female from Lusby, MD. The juvenile was charged with Theft: Less than $100.00 and Theft: $1,500 to Under $25,000 and was released to an adult.

A probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted which revealed suspected Marijuana, totalling over 10 Grams. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Tyrone Couser, 35 of California, MD. Couser was issued a criminal citation for Possession of CDS: Marijuana Greater Than 10 Grams and was released from the scene.

A probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted which revealed suspected Codeine pills and crack Cocaine. The passenger of the vehicle was identified as Tavares Antonio Thompson, 27 of Chaptico, MD who had an open warrant through the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack. The driver was identified as Kirstyn Morgan Nelson, 25 of Lexington Park, MD. Thompson and Nelson were both arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. Thompson was charged with 2 counts of Possession of CDS: Not Marijuana and 2 counts of Possession of CDS: Paraphernalia. Nelson was charged with Possession of CDS: Not Marijuana and Possession of CDS: Paraphernalia.

A probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted which revealed suspected Maijuana, totalling over 10 Grams. The individuals in the vehicle were identified as Yesenia Yamileth Ramos-Martinez, 22 of Manassas, VA and Yusab Tawfelles Habib, 33 of Manassas, VA.
