Yes, at Cup level. JR Motorsports currently has none at Cup level. All their teams compete in the Xfinity Series.

Also, after I made the OP I read an article predicting that of SHR's four available charters 1 will go to 23XI, another to Trackhouse Racing, and 2 to JR Motorsports,
