Just came out of my call of nature closet, and thought, am I hearing rain? So I went and checked; sure enough, it's raining like hell here in Lusby. Good thing I shut my open windows before heading to bed earlier to not sleep.

I am so sick of the rain.

Just emptied my rain gauge, 5" over the last couple days.

My gardens and I typically love the rain, but my potato are rotting in the ground. I don't like that.

I don't miss the days on end of rain there. Here it goes hard and goes home, which is sometimes terrifying when it's happening but there's an end in sight.
