Eleven Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) middle school students were honored last month with Ruth Ann Hall Champion Scholar awards. The awards are sponsored by the Education Association of Charles County (EACC) and were presented to the students at the May 13 Board of Education of Charles County meeting.
