Is it just me or are the stoplights running the length of Rt 235 designed and engineered to be timed at the absolute most innefficient frequency possible?
Here's an interesting antecdote. I was coming from a side-road onto Rt 235. There was absolutely no traffic coming from either direction, yet I sat there waiting and waiting, seriously contemplating running the mother ####er, but convinced there was a cop hiding and waiting to pounce.
Anyway, I sat there for a couple minutes, when finally some traffic starts coming from both directions.
And THAT'S when the light turned green. Just in time to make all the other cars stop.
There was no reason for anyone to wait, but it's like the light was designed to maximize the waiting period for everyone involved. It's simply ridiculous.
This morning, I was on the other side, and I got to stop at almost every single red light up the entire length of 235 from Rt. 4 to the base.
Who can we KILL to get this inefficient ludicrous situation rectified?
