Does anyone know the reasoning for putting a empty soda can in back of a tire? Just curious. I never saw that until I moved down here. Wtf?? That has happened to me a couple of times at Wal Mart

It is so that dude in the silver Chevy with the latice on the side can fit more cans in the back of his truck when he goes around to the different shooping centers collecting them?

It is the Southern Maryland equivalent of the "kiss of death". When you hear the crunch it's too late.
