Way to be a great parent and leave them in the car while it was running and you shopped at the Dollar Store in San Souci. Your 3 year old was so polite and said "Hi" to me when I parked next to your car, you might want to talk to her about stranger danger. I pointed out your actions to the woman who parked on the other side of your car with her elderly mother and also a few other bystanders just so I had some witnesses when I called the cops. Hope you're waiting patiently at home for the officer to come talk to you.

It is bad enough she left them in the car but WITH IT RUNNING???? are you kidding me? that woman needs to be in jail. Some people just do not deserve to have kids.

I confronted her about it, yelled at her in front of all these people in the parking lot, made a small scene, made some people gasp and shake their heads at her. She said "yeah, thanks" and got in her car. but then I remember the first episode of the new season of the Bad Girl's Club last night and she reminded me of one of them.

Good Job!!! The only reason I say I would have waited for the police is because of the out of state tags :yay:

Well, I hope it was enough to put the fear of God in her and she never does this again.

More then likely not. If all she did was say "yeah, thanks" and get in her car and leave. She probably stopped at another store and did the same thing.

It's one thing to run in to pay for gas I can kinda understand not pulling out all the kids for that but to go into a store and shop is a ridiculous!

There is an age and time limit for me, I have left my kid in the car while I run in to pay for gas a few times and he is 6.

This woman was in there long enough for me to wait in line and make a purchase, look for her at the gym, look for her at Tuesday Morning and go back to the Dollar Store to see if I could find her and she happen to be at the register making her purchase.

yes that is way too long! I have left my kids in the car while I have paid for gas before... never the baby (2) alone but always if one of his older brothers are in the car (8,10,11) w/ her having 3 youngs ones I can see her leaving them to get gas (I mean she does only have two arms) but to go into a store and for that long is insane.

My husband called the cops just last month on an unattended (and still running) van in front of Giant with 2 small children in it. He called the cops and waited for the cop to show up. My husband then went inside and did his shopping. When he came out the parent had still not shown up. People really need a license in order to reproduce!

Geesh..I felt guilty as heck with my kids less than 5 feet away with the car locked, off and keys with me as I went to put some mail in one of those blue boxes outside the post office today.
I am mommy of the year compared to that imbecile.
