Of course there will be a surge. We're not out and about building up herd immunity like Sweden.

IF what they say is correct - that many of us have already had it once - there's little likelihood that a second wave could be worse, since very many of us will have built up an immunity.

It's not JUST that - if you have immunity you'll be ok. If you have immunity, it's less likely you will be able to TRANSMIT the virus. Hence the progression of the virus through the population will be thwarted.
