I AM an enigma
Surgeon.....
In my opinion, it's Dr. Helmut Pfaltz. He has performed 2 surgeries on me in the last 2 months at CMH....very honest, and VERY good. He has a german accent, but you can def. understand him. His office is right next to CMH, phone is 410-535-7530.
His office staff is very friendly and very attentive. He is a pro in my book, and I have had surgeries performed by other surgeons. He is young and on the top of his game. If you have any questions, pm me and I'll try to help you out.
