This article is actually kind of funny the way they play the issue into potentially starting a "race war".

Everyone in this country knows there are differences in culture, and we see them every day. But god forbid anyone speaks publicly about them.

Fundamentally, I don't foresee this experiment being unlike dividing the groups by age or sex. It will be as controversial as people want it to be.
