Prince George’s County Police detectives today arrested a Fort Washington man for the possession and distribution of child pornography. The suspect is 22-year-old Rudolph Sengsy of the 1200 block of Van Buren Drive. He’s charged with 105 counts of possession of child pornography and two counts of distribution of child pornography.

On May 1, 2019, our partners at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children provided the PGPD with information on Sengsy’s alleged criminal behavior. Prince George’s County Police detectives immediately opened an extensive investigation that culminated with his arrest this morning at his home. The preliminary investigation reveals he uploaded the criminal content onto a social media platform.

At this time, there is no indication Sengsy produced child pornography or had inappropriate contact with any children.

Sengsy is in the custody of the Department of Corrections.
