Sweet Guy

I found this sweet loving guy dodging cars on Industrial Park Drive in Waldorf, he was scared and shaking but still managed to walk over to me, tail wagging and sit next to me while I looked like an idiot, searching my car trying to find somesort of leash to put on him. Thank goodness for horsie leadropes! I was unable to take him home with me and turned him into a friend at the Humane Society of Charles County which he was then transfered to Tri-County two days later. ( This wonderful little man's stray time is up tomorrow and after that it is up in the air whether he will be put down or will be given more time to find a home. They are calling him a Golden Retriever/Lab mix...he is mainly black with rich golden brown 'highlights' throughout and some white on his chest. With some TLC and some yummy food this good sized boy is going to be absolutly stunning! If anyone is looking for a good sized dog with a fantastic personality and can give this sweet young man a wonderful family to love...he is at Tri-County waiting. ) Thanks!!

I didn't even think of getting a picture when I picked him up...I wish I would have. I found him May 14th on my way home from work...apparently he had been wondering around back there for a couple weeks at least, according to a guy who works back there. He is such a sweet gentle guy and wagged his tail the whole time I was with him. He really deserves a chance...
