Sweet Male Staffordshire Terrier looking for home

This is Chopper, he's about 4 years old and he has found himself in a shelter in West Virginia (the same shelter we got the two senior Rottweilers from). He and his companion, a german shepherd were surrendered after they killed a cat that wandered onto their property. It's said he has gotten along with a Jack Russell Terrier, we know him and the shepherd were friends, so it would probably be a case by case deal for him and another dog.

Here is his petfinder page: URL=http://search.petfinder.com/petnote/displaypet.cgi?petid=8382970]Chopper[/URL]

I haven't met this boy, but have met a few other Staffordshire Terriers and have loved everyone I have met, granted they can't always be with other dogs, but they have awesome personalities.

If you can open your home to either adopt him or to foster him we can save his life.

I take it he can't be with a cat, either?

That's one big mouth too... He looks friendly though. :howdy:

The first time I was face to face with one of their mouths, I was shocked how big their jaw bones actually are, but the one's I've been around have been very evenly tempered, probably better than a number of other breeds!

Did the sweet female poodle ever find a home that was posted the other day? :howdy:
