Sweet Tooth

Once in a while I get a real hankering for something sweet. Had a box of Ghirardelli brownie mix, so used that, but put it in cupcake foils instead of a normal pan. After it cooled, I melted some chocolate frosting and poured it over the cupcakes, then in the fridge to cool.

That took care of the sweet tooth.

I visited Mom this afternoon and she sent me home with a double chocolate cake. Fortunately, it is frozen. It may be going to work on Monday to share with the rest of the class.

I do something like this, only I use the mini-cupcake foils. Fill them halfway and then push a miniature peanut butter cup or a rolo into the batter, so that it come up to the top of the foil, then bake. Little bites of deelish.

We were on the road today and stopped at a roadside citrus stand and the woman just brought out a batch of home made strawberry pies, I had to buy one. Hope it tastes as good as it looks.
