Symantec Endpoint Protection Problem

I'm running Enpoint Protection Server and trying to do a remote client install to a Server 2003 Machine and am getting the following error:

Unable to copy file:C:\DOCUME~1\username\Local Settings\Temp\1\vpr#.tmp - Access Denied

Permissions for this folder are set to Full for the account I'm using.

Any ideas?

Actually I set it to "Everyone". I just did a local install, screw it. I'll call Symantec on Monday. I hate Symantec. Remote install never worked with SAV10 or earlier and it got no better with Endpoint, even though I was told it was a breeze.
