Syria will send its deputy foreign minister to the U.S.-sponsored Mideast peace conference in Annapolis, Md. because the issue of the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights has been added to the agenda, the state-run news agency said Sunday.

Good. There can be no progress made anywhere on anything if people do not attend.

Israel would be stupid to give back the Golan Heights. It wont happen and we shouldnt push it. As for the palestinians, they have no intent to work for peace ,so this will be a waste of time and money.

I think we should host it, and mediate it, but take no sides from here on out. I'm tired of backing Isreal because we are nothing but a tool for them, we get nothing out of the deal.
