THIS GUY COMES ON THE PHONE WITH THEM AND ASK IF IT IS OK TO DO A WHINEY FRIDAY THING. THEY SAY YEAH, HE SAYS WHAT PISSES HIM OFF IS THOSE ALL BIKERS THAT RIDE AROUND WITH THEIR HIGH BEAMS ON. Didn't hear it. Wish I had, I would have called in and told him to where to go. I never put my highbeams on car or motorcycle unless necessary, and I don't see any other bikers with high beams unless some ####### in a car is coming at him with high beams. And another thing, you folks with those stupid ass extra lights you have on your SUV's, trucks, etc., in combination with your regular headlights are bright enough. You can stick them up your butt too. Not really your fault that the dumbazz manufacturer put them there. The man that called in was an idiot.

I have my high beams on during the day and they flash. It's a safety feature. :shrug:

Funny, I don't see "loud pipes" listed...

I also like to turn my fogs on in my car at night because they light up the sides of the road more effectively which helps me see critters on the back roads.

As for the "man up and turn em off" it's illegal to ride a motorcycle without your headlights on. Just another instance of big brother protecting us from ourselves.

I ride with my high beams on during the day so the idiots talking on their phones are more likely to see me.

My guess is this jerk was probably driving up 2/4 in the morning on his /her way to work not paying enough attention to driving cause he/she was on the phone with an important call to T-Bone and Heather!!! What a moron.:duel:

I drive with my highbeams on and my caliper mounted Moto-Lights on.. During the DAY, at night I run with my single headlight on low...


I saw someone coming at me the other day.. topping the hill going South at Hermanville and rte 5.. with moto lights on.. MAN those are attention getters. I had NO idea they were that bright.

I honestly believe they've saved me more than once, when someone started to pull out in front of me, than saw me and stopped..
