Watch out for T.L.C. they work on walls and ceiling. We were finishing the basement. The drywalls were already up and we hired them to put texture on the walls and part of the ceiling, and install the acoustical ceilings on one room in the basement. The workers started fairly quickly on the first day. However they started to not show up for several days. When we called about 3 the foreman was alreadt drunk. Instead of the promised 3 days the job took almost 2 weeks. They left cigarette butts in our yard, they left the trash from work in the basement, left splotches of putty all over the floor. My wife called them several times to come pick up their trash. The foreman keep on saying I'll be there later today or tomorrow and snapped at her. Over a week after the job was done they finally picked up the junk but never cleaned the floor.
