I need some help finding breakfast tacos please! I’m not much on Cracker Barrel, though. Are the Mexican restaurants open early enough for breakfast? Does Abell’s Diner serve them?

No mountains but we are in Hill Country, so there is hiking for people who aren't looking for the Rockies or like that.

breakfast tacos are my go-to on the weekends 
It's also a great way to clean out my veggie drawer: any leftover peppers, cilantro, tomatoes, onion, etc. all fried up and mixed in with scrambled egg and maybe some ground breakfast sausage or chorizo and some small tortillas...top that with cheese and salsa.... 
but it would be nice to have some place around here serve them too.

I only care about breakfast tacos if the tortillas are fresh made. It really only takes a minute so I'm not sure why all the places (even in Maryland) don't make their own tortillas. I have been spoiled forever by really good Mexican chow.

I need to just start getting my tortillas shipped in from there. I'm getting tired of the shitty grocery store choices around here. If I could choose one bread type to live off of for the rest of my life, it'd be fresh tortillas.
You can make them yourself in like 5 seconds.
