I've been to New Delhi and Hyderbad. People would just pull over on the highway, drop thier pants, sit on the gaurd rail and do thier business. They also had open stalls on the sidewalks and indoor bathrooms were just holes in the floor. NASTY!

On our 2 hour drive to the airfield we would see many folks fertilizing the fields we were passing......

Those no toilet paper countries are all pretty nasty in that respect. India is one of the worst.
