Tax Assessment increase.

To me this is breaking news. By now we have all received the bad news of the 28% jump in our tax assessment.
Without any big improvements on my home the alleged value of it jumps up $50,000 dollars.

This is after the State allowed a Marijuana plant to be built near me that stinks up the place and actually lowers it's value.
With Moore and the Democrats in Annapolis, nothing should surprise us.
I dislike Hogan immensely, but he left us with a surplus, that Moore has pissed away and placed us in debt.
What did we get for the expenditure of that surplus?

Here's another jolt to your morning. We all knew this was going to happen sooner or later, but within a year or two we are going to need a CAREER FIRE SERVICE, MORE FIRST RESPONDERS ETC... maybe even some REAL DOCTORS, due to development in the tri-County.
There are NO willing young people interested in fire, rescue/volunteer anything, certainly police/corrections.
I can see "undocumented" people "yearning to be free" grabbing at straws and liberalazz HR's scooping them up/

My dearly departed father had a name for acting as Moore has done, but in today's world I won't post it.

For your consideration ...

Wait? What? I thought having house value increase was what everyone wanted? Right? So assessment increases are a good thing, right? Right?

Lots of changes coming. Costly changes. The Ambulance service has already started paying first responder due to a lack of people willing to volunteer and these paid people are working on contract, One day they are going to want their health care paid for and other county employee benefits. Costly benefits. The Fire service is already dependent on calling out extra companies for manpower because not enough volunteers during the day. The amount of medical calls are increasing and ambulances are stuck at the hospital, out of service while patients are waiting on their cots because the Emergency Room is not big enough and understaffed. As Doctors phones are answered with, If you have an emergency call 911 because I cant see you for 2 weeks.

Gotta find money for that $5 billion deficit. You think he'd cut programs.

Gonna get worse if Musk starts cutting govt jobs.
