Larry was way ahead - until her nomination. Then it's been her - because of the D.
And not voting for Larry because of Trump is dumb. For one thing, he's anti-Trump - and for another, WHATEVER his politics, the GOP needs the Senate and he adds an "R" to the total for majority.
Saw an ad about Larry that pissed me off, but utterly, totally typefies the left-leaning mindset - and it was several clips - edited - of him saying that he is PERSONALLY opposed to abortion. But he has gone on record REPEATEDLY, repeatedly - as pro-choice.
See, the left thinks if you believe something personally, you not only will do that politically but you WILL FORCE THE ISSUE. This is because to them, there isn't better or worse, but right and wrong. If Bush thinks prayer in schools are a good idea, well get out the vote, he's going to force you all to pray in school - something he absolutely NEVER proposed.
Personally - I think a national sales tax is probably a good idea, if it were kept small, and tied to funding one or two items. But were I in office, I wouldn't force it on anyone unless everyone thought it was a good idea. I don't believe in compelling people to do a good thing, they need to choose, or you will NEVER resolve it.
