Facebook has at least 2 local Maryland Tea party groups -look up by county...and I know that St Mary's sent a busload up to the rallies last year.
There has not been any strong organization however plenty of Zeal beginning over two years ago down in Solomons Is.
We may get together as the election grows closer...maybe a party during the convention???

All that zeal was not from local people. It was a bunch from outside Calvert County. Never saw one person in the bunch that i knew.

The one in Solomon's in 2009? I was there along with Thing1 & Thing2 & we live in Calvert.
It's where I first heard Charles Lollar speak and Thing2 had his picture taken with him. He even helped throw tea into the rivah.

Three years!!
wow...Three years! And look how much damage this government has done...
*driving used car dealerships out of business, jacking the prices on used cars-making it harder for young people to afford.
*Fear-mongering Med. insurance companies to raise their rates astronomically before the Govt. drives them out of business,
*closing down our shuttle program,
*rebuilding mosques oversees while muzzling chaplains around the world,
*5 trillion in more debt,
*billions of $$ wasted on green energy projects that are going bust every month,
*Two hapless appointees tot he Supreme court,...one of whom refused to recurse herself from a clearly compromised position. The other interpreting the law from an ethnic position.
*Lies about "Shovel-ready jobs."
*Slander toward our Supreme Court on more than one occasion,
*A thoroughly corrupt justice administration that turns a blind eye toward voter intimidation and a dead border guard,
*bungling the oil mess in the gulf & extorting millions from BP without a court hearing,
*refusal to enforce the Defense of Marriage act,
*bowing to foriegn leaders and disrespecting our closest allies,
*secret pledges to our cold war enemy,
*Encouraging an "Arab Spring" that has only poisoned stability throughout the Middle East.
*jamming through "affordable healthcare" with such ugly deals as the Cornhusker kickback,
*...the enormous loss of the HR during the 2010 election taught them NOTHING,
*and Queen Nancy calling grass-roots opposition organizations "Astroturf" while she openly lied about having every program funded without raising the deficit.
*having More Czars than ever before-unelected advisors who harbor pro-communist/maoist positons.
*Pledging support to felonius organizations like ACORN, that they will be at his side in our White House during his administration.
These last 3+years have been incredibly depressing as we see our nation crippled by this un-vetted Chicago punk who needed a ghost writer on his autobigraphy.
Thankfully Rush gave us the code over three years ago: "I hope he fails"....and I have done everything within my power to march, teach, and raise awareness of the depth of obama's failure.--I want to be there that Tuesday night in November holding a sign outside OUR Whitehouse quoting Moochelle..."Let's Move!"...because: He failed,....then the real work of cleaning up his messes will have to take place.

Thanks for the info; I tried using the links through the MSOP but both the Charles County tea party and Calvert tea party webpages were down/gone; figured someone here would have the best info. I guess I'll just keep my eyes open for activity as the election gets closer.
