Tear on dotted line

Any one else notice that those perforations just aren't what they used to be? The Verizon bill is a good example. They are barely marks on the paper. Why bother, just say cut on the line. It does actual say detach, though, probably to prevent law suits. :lmao: You know, " Yes, Judge, the paper cut resulted from trying to tear my Verizon bill remittance stub off".

SMECO is the same way. I have to fold it back and forth several times before detaching it.

Why don't you try automatic bill paying from your bank account? SMECO and Verizon (landline and cell) offer that service. No checks to write, no stamps to use. If you don't have a checking account....well I guess you're out of SOL.

I do with SMECO. Sooner or later I probably will with Verizon too.

I don't even get paper bills from Verizon or SMECO. Mine come via email.

Thats what I like to do with the credit card offers that come with prepaid envelopes. Plus I add some other piece of junk mail.
