Technology Meet-ups and Gatherings

Are there any existing technology groups or clubs down in the lower Southern Maryland area? I wanted to see if there were five or more people willing to met up online or in person who are interested in learning about different technology. Specifically:

1. Ruby on Rails
2. Linux
3. Mobile Programming
