Fairly? You want to see how all the people, he's screwed along the way, feel about that? You do have a pretty distorted view on Trump and his achievements. His dad may have granted him some startup money, but he has earned his billions - FAIRLY.

Is "legally" a better word? I mean after all if everyone didn't gain the same it wasn't fair, right?Fairly? You want to see how all the people, he's screwed along the way, feel about that?
Obama never received an "Official Order to join the Armed Forces".There should still be a SS card on file for Obama.
And the definition of Draft Dodger is,
A person that has not obeyed an Official Order to join the Armed Forces.
Not really, marriage is more than living together, it's the entire ritual which includes the legalities of the license. It's the acknowledgement before family, friends and the community that you have committed yourself to each other. It IS your business. If you think the law is your business at all, then the whole question around the law is your business.
You realize you can be married and not register it with the government, right? It is a choice to involve government, not a requirement.
Fair enough
They didn't. They said, "do what you want, but if you want the petty perks and disadvantages of registering your relationship, it must meet these qualities."
It's not apples and oranges.
See, it's all registering, and fitting into the definition of registering. Walmart can't register as a non-profit and get the advantages involved, because that's not what it is. Same as a same-sex couple registering for opposite-sex marriage (or, what used to be known as just "marriage" for the last several thousand years). There were other categories which fit what Walmart is, and that is how they register. There were other categories for which same-sex couples fit, also, and they could register that way if they chose.
Your reading comprehension skills are amazing, please quote where I posted where Obama was issued a Order to Report for Duty in the Armed Services.Obama never received an "Official Order to join the Armed Forces".
You were specifically addressing Obama's draft status in your post.Your reading comprehension skills are amazing, please quote where I posted where Obama was issued a Order to Report for Duty in the Armed Services.
No, I was staying he should have a registration card in the Selective Service. You were specifically addressing Obama's draft status in your post.
Okay. Fair enough. So, who said that he doesn't have a draft registration card? No, I was staying he should have a registration card in the Selective Service.
He is too young to fall in the two years or so that there was no registration in the USA.
And then make sure you talk to all the people that have worked for him and with along the way that talk in glowing terms of the man. To be fair, right? ;-)Fairly? You want to see how all the people, he's screwed along the way, feel about that?
I googled Obama Selective Service card. The Selective Service (the agency that runs the draft and registration process) made a copy of his card available. No, I was staying he should have a registration card in the Selective Service.

None of those things require a marriage certificate. But, I agree with you.Not really, marriage is more than living together, it's the entire ritual which includes the legalities of the license. It's the acknowledgement before family, friends and the community that you have committed yourself to each other.
I hope nobody ever asks to see my Selective Service card. Only the Lord knows what ever happened to it. :shrug:I googled Obama Selective Service card. The Selective Service (the agency that runs the draft and registration process) made a copy of his card available.
Conservatives argued that the image the Selective Service made available was a fake. The image was of poor quality and conservative conspiracy theorists did analysis of the card that they believed showed it was a fake. However, the selective service to save room destroyed the original in their records and only has it on microfiche which is why the image was of poor quality. In terms of the all the analysis by conservatives showing it had to be a fake, one gets the sense that they could find evidence that any card is a fake.
I don't get the Obama conspiracy theorists out there. You can like Obama you cannot like Obama, its all fair, but I feel the amount of false information put out about him is greater than any other President we have had.
I was born in the middle of that short "window" where no registration was required.I hope nobody ever asks to see my Selective Service card. Only the Lord knows what ever happened to it.
Yep..Me too.. I love it when the topic comes up and I spit out that I never registered.I was born in the middle of that short "window" where no registration was required.
I found it funny that I had only been released from active duty a few weeks, and there I was in the Post Office registering for SS so I could qualify for govt-backed perks to attend college that fall.I was born in the middle of that short "window" where no registration was required.
Actually, if you ever need it, it easy to get it free, online. https://www.sss.gov/Home/VerificationI hope nobody ever asks to see my Selective Service card. Only the Lord knows what ever happened to it.

That's interesting, I would guess the IBM data Punch cards didn't cross reference back in the dark ages.I found it funny that I had only been released from active duty a few weeks, and there I was in the Post Office registering for SS so I could qualify for govt-backed perks to attend college that fall.
