Teen Charged With Murder Of Family Members, Sex With Body

BRADENTON, Fla. -- Prosecutors charged a 19-year-old man Wednesday with the murders of his mother and grandfather.

Clifford Anthony Davis, 19, was also charged with one count of abuse of a dead human body, two counts of robbery and one count of grand theft of a firearm, the Sarasota Herald-Tribune reported.

Davis told investigators he killed his 42-year-old mother, Stephanie Davis, then had sex with the body, Bradenton police said.

"Not guilty by reason of insanity" should not exist. Insanity should only be taken into consideration for sentencing, not for guilt/innocence. Also, people deemed insane should never be let out. What's the best case scenario? They figure out some drug that suppresses the mental illness? Great. Then they let them out and one day they forget to take their meds and go kill someone.
