Teen Gets Life for Killing Bus Driver

A teenager who shot his school bus driver to death after she reported him for using smokeless tobacco on the bus was sentenced to life in prison.
Jason Clinard, 16, was convicted Friday on a first-degree murder charge in the death of Joyce Gregory. Clinard, who was 14 at the time of the March 2005 shooting, was tried as an adult.

Good, i dont see why this kid should be given anything less, he murdered somebody, he was old enough to know that if you shoot somebody once, let alone 6 times they could die, i think he deserves to sit in prison for the next 51 years, he shouldnt be allowed his freedom, the person he murdered doesnt.

What gets me is that kids think about this crap now!!!!

I dont remember getting into trouble in school and thinking about killing someone! Its crazy!

Sometimes I wonder if kids now days think about death...I don't think some of them realize that death is the end...Same thing with these young people doing the sucide thing....They just don't realize how final death is or how sacred life is whether it be theirs or some one elses....JMO
