Those kids could have easily killed someone. Imagine someone on a motorcycle, gets hit in the head with an egg goin about 65-70, loses control and hits another car, gaurdrail, ect....Far as I am concerned, just thinning the gene pool.

How are you going to get the kids to the police station? Force them into your car at gunpoint? That's assault and kidnapping.
Whooping their asses gets you sued and thrown in jail, not them.
I think a shooting by an unidentified motorist is the perfect solution. That'll send a much better message to these morons - don't throw anything at a car unless you're willing to die for it.
