An 18-year-old boy who believed he was handling an unloaded gun accidently shot himself in the head during a webcam chat after his manhood was challenged.
Police believe the unnamed Philadelphia teenager was goaded into pulling the trigger on the weapon after the dare went wrong and he is now in a critical condition at Temple University Hospital.
It is thought that two of the 18-year-olds's brothers, one of whom is 13, were in the room at the same time as the shooting which according to police has left the tragic boy brain dead
