Is there any organized tennis in southern Calvert County? For that matter, is there any tennis at all in the area? Recently moved to Solomons area from Waldorf and can't find a single tennis player down here.

My dad lives in Lex Park, and he plays. He's always looking for new tennis partners. He plays on base alot, and goes to matches in Breton Bay. I know that's not Calvert, but you're in Solomons, so it's very close. Let me know if you're interested.

There is quite an active tennis group (or groups) in SoMD. There are both USTA tennis leagues and informal tennis groups. The best place to find info and make the contacts is at the local tennis sites.

In south calvert there is quite an active group that plays informally many nights at the courts at Cove Pt park. Most any night you can go there and find matches - but certainly as it warms up - they will be there on Wed Nites.

also you could try cove point park, i always see people parked and playing...i dont know maybe you could jump into one of their games?
