What I did say, had you attempted even the most rudimentary comprehension of the English ****ing language, is that adults of the same sex who decide they want to engage in sexual congress with each other aren't hurting any ****ing body and there are no victims as there are with pedo, necro, and zoo philias along with murder and domestic violence.

But anyway - The direct question to which I was answering was : Why should we hold anyone responsible for doing what they were born to do.

Facetious or not, I thought it should be answered. And basically, the abbreviated version of my answer is: Because we're born to do a lot of things that are predatory, and as sapient creatures, we are able to rise above these proclivities instead of being their slaves. I then suggested that gay sex isn't predatory so there is no need to "rise above" it, as we should with the other things you mentioned.

I don't believe homosexuality is genetic, it would cull itself out of the gene pool in very short order - but I don't believe it's a choice either, any more than being an ass man, or a tit man is a choice. You like what you like, and there's no accounting for taste. And as long as you're not hurting anyone, who gives a ****?

I have long stated that unless my genitals are involved, I couldn't care less what anyone does with theirs.

I believe that is just like some wire tap laws where as long as one person consents to being recorded, (consent always from the one doing the recording), even though no other party knows about being recorded, then it's legal. It's called word gymnastics, is BS, and legalizes the rape and sodomy of children that cannot defend themselves. As far as necrophilia, & bestiality?
