What I'm not sure I see is - the injury.
The injury is that by allowing election fraud, the corrupt states in question installed a President of the United States who wasn't duly elected, thereby disenfranchising the voters in the other states.
Let's say you are an Olympic figure skating judge:
There are (I don't know how many judges there are but for the sake of my argument let's say there are 10) judges from different countries. China really really wants their skater to take the Gold, so they pay off 6 judges to vote for the Chinese skater even if she falls on her ass. You, as the US judge, along with the 3 other judges who weren't paid off can clearly see that the Chinese skater is a disaster and the rightful winner of the gold is the French skater. But the corrupt judges have not only upvoted the Chinese skater, they have also downgraded the French skater as insurance. So now that French skater, who should have had a perfect score, doesn't even make it to 3rd place.
The injury is not only to the French skater, it injures the other skaters as well. AND it injures the judges who voted honestly by cheating to disenfranchise their vote.
I may have a problem with that analogy, but it's the first thing I thought of.
