Texting on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2

So what needs to be done for girl to use it for texting? What app?

I've got clarity on technical things for about 13 seconds a day and already used it on the dishwasher so if anyone could help.

Please make it ultra simple step by step and for this particular model. thanks

Are you using Google Voice or do you want to use your tablet to text through your phone?

I just talk to Siri .... she handles it for me ..........

On your iPad? Doubt it.

We got it up and running for her. There is no phone to coordinate it with so we used Google textPlus. Now if it would just stop the random "can't find the internet moments"....

This is why I don't have the latest technology of anything. Too much to figure out. I've become my parents with the flashing 12:00 on their VCR.

My son has had his iPod for 6 months and I still do not know how to use it. He's 8 and can do it blindfolded.

the microphone icon at the bottom, next to the space bar brings up the Voice to Text Feature - aka Siri

Same on Android. Had that feature for a very long time. About time Apple caught up
