My dog was ailing. I scheduled an appointment with them. He passed before I could get him there. I called to cancel the appointment and told them why. Several days later I received a very touching card from them. It showed a picture from behind of a black cat and black dog looking down a winding gravel path through a forest. Inside was a hand written sympathy note from one of the doctors.

Sorry for your loss. I know it can really hurt when you loose a beloved dog. And good on the vet... It's always nice to see a little compassion in such cases.

I'm so sorry about your loss..it's absolutely awful to lose a pet. And three notch did us very well when we had to put our beloved pup down..that card really is a nice touch..a little sympathy goes a long way. I even got a card when my guinea piggie died..made me feel good to know I wasn't a nut for being sad.

First off I am sorry for your loss. I hope your good memories will comfort you.

Bravo to Three Notch. When my pup passed we received a card from our vet and the entire oncology office at Atlantic Vetinary. Each person that had cared for him wrote us a special note. I still have the cards with his ashes.
