I thought the audible alarm on the freezer would be all we needed...however, that takes electricity to operate. LOL. That freezer is out of sight on the ground level of the new house... But we check on it regularly now.

Yes...expanded it even. After he retired from his "daytime job", he has enlarged his beef operations.

Keep in mind that if you order a half, you specify your own cut sheet. A quarter and you are "cooperating" with a stranger on how the cuts are done.
