The absent child ...

Nanny Pam

:howdy:
Yesterday, one of my kids stayed home with his big brother & sister (13 & 17 respectivly) because he was sick. Mom still went to work, because she knew her teenagers could take care of the sick 4 year old.
At 11:10, while I was getting lunch ready for the kids here, my phone rings. It was the sick kid. (Yes, he knows my number :yikes: ) He says, "Nanny....I'm so sick and Jamie won't feed me! He is being mean to me and he won't get off the 'puter' to feed me. I want an apple but he told me to eat 'nuffin'. Call my Mommy (funny .. he knows my # but not his Mom's work #) and tell her to make Jamie feed me!" He was sounding so sad! :bawl: He broke my heart. "Tomorrow, I'm coming over to your house and you take care of me, OK?"
Well I was :roflmao: because this was so pathetic! His lazy-ass brother & sister totally ignored his request for food! So I called his Mom and we shared a big laugh that he had the smarts to call me for help!
He is here today...all better. He told me to come to his soccer game tomorrow, but Jamie & Kasie had to stay home to learn to cook! :lmao:
4 year olds!

:huggy: That story reminded me of a time when kwillia had to take care of me and Mikey came over and we all snuggled under a raincoat. :bawl:
