VDH nailed it as usual, but I think we all know that these projects CA comes up with are just money grabs to enrich the already rich and not to benefit the average citizen. The money for that railway went into the pockets of fat cats who had no intention of actually building anything. The reparation money will be the same - it will pay for "studies" and "technology" and blah blah blah and not one non-wealthy black person will see a dime of it.

But Californians (like all Democrats) keep falling for the lies and graft, so they must like it that way and it's none of my business. The only time it becomes my business is when they hold their hands out to the Fed for their schemes because that is MY money and MY business.
