Charles Co. The Bestest, Honestest, HVAC Company in Chuck County

I’ve had it with my current HVAC company. I won’t name names - at least not right now, but I’m fed up with them. I’ve two large TRANE heat pumps and I’ve gotten the old “Error code: 413 Description: OU High Pressure Switch Strikes Lockout” numerous times with the company telling me to take it off line and wait a minute, and power up. It’s worked a few times but I want it fixed for good if possible. This company also told me they had ordered a certain part for me and I bothered them a few times asking for the status. I finally about gave up but they told me they sent the needed part back because they hadn’t heard from me! Am I the only one or is this a crock of schitt?

Anyway, please provide the name of a trusted mom and pop, or son and pop, daughter and pop, or should I say, pop & pop shop that you’d trust your own HVAC or mom to. I’m looking for the last trusted HVAC shop in the world, well at least in Charles County. Don’t want to mess with those big companies that have one 800-555-1111 numbers.

Both Eugene (the owner) and Christian (his main tech) have done good repair and preventative maintenance for us.

Booth out of St. Mary's, Hollywood you see their trucks running around everywhere. Had my AC replaced back in the spring by them really nice group of workers who came out and checked out what I needed and had new AC in within 4 days.

Another good one for small business and local is Stark out of Hughesville.
