If there's a flock of these in a field do you refer to them as Canadian geese or Canada's geese? I'm just sayin....

Canada geese. Canada's means they belong to Canada, which they do not. That's like saying the Canada geese that winter over in St. Mary's County are St. Mary's geese. In any sense, they are fun to shoot and eat.
