This lady is full of sh1t and we are going to give her 43 million dollars of our tax money.?
When did dirt bikes become a cultural event in Baltimore?

Most of the bikes they ride in the street are stolen, and THAT IS a culture in Baltimore.
That and street shootings.

My take, they will .use some of the money to purchase the property, then the rest will go to salaries of the people involved.

They'll be back in a year asking for more funds because inflation has created cost over runs because they pocketed the funds

[...]stigmatization of Black youth culture in Baltimore, as embodied in the culture of motorsports (dirt bikes).

Are we characterizing driving recklessly through the streets as motorsport now? Or did I miss all of the motorsport's tracks, arenas, and events within Baltimore? I checked ticketmaster and the only motorsport listed in/around Baltimore is Monster Jam which isn't dirt bikes.

Nope, not a sport, a "Culture". Once you identify a thing as a culture, it cant be criticized or your a bigot.
