"A gaffe is when a politician tells the truth - some obvious truth he isn't supposed to say."
- Michael Kinsley

Mr. Biden merely spoke a truth he believes.

Biden has a long history of making white supremacist comments and the MSM just ignores it. Instead they focus on something random Trump said, then rail and keen while explaining how code words and dog whistles make it racist.

But the Democrat Party IS the party of slavery and segregation and Jim Crow, and they haven't changed one bit.

They've just perfected a more devious scam.

I bet you if someone went to any college campus and interviewed the "enlightened" students only attributing that quote to Trump, it would make for some good video and audio soundbites...especially when they find out it was Biden that said it...

There are several vids of students responding to a Trump quote...then being informed it was actually Obama.

By the way - when Trump says stuff like this, the media goes berserk and either calls him a liar or 'unfit' or all kinds of things. Sometimes even when they're misquoted and distorted in the news.

But this is vintage Joe, at his best - and the media kind of laughs as if to say yeah, that's good old Joe. Bless his heart.

Or they ignore it completely. Like they do the connection between Bill Clinton and Jeffrey Epstein and Harvey Weinstein.

God bless the USA
I feel sorry for Biden. He lost his son to cancer, and that is why he didn’t run last time. Why he is running this time tells me that the Dems are scrounging for hope for change, and not finding it. Go, Trump. I don’t care if he looks orange, and has fake hair. I like what he stands for, as in the USA. He has seen it all on both sides, and chose to run for prez when all odds were against him. Talk about winning the lottery. He saved US for now. FDR faked most of his presidency as to not appear wheelchair ridden. Our gov did something right, back then, to limit prez terms to 8 years; after FDR tried to take US down. The word ‘infamy’ comes to mind. FDR started the whole Welfare thing, and sent a crippling blow to hard working Americans. He was definitely a socialist supporter.

I would like Joe Biden to spend 3-4 hrs with a clinical psychologist who does dementia testing to get him evaluated for his cognitive deficits.

He has always created gaffes, but the recent stuff suggests that he has no sense of historical timelines, even if they involve himself. Sure, FDR got on the radio, not the TV but that is 70 years ago and really a minor brain-fart. Mixing up Parkland with his time in the Naval Observatory points to confabulation, something you'll see in alcoholics with brain damage or dementia patients.
